QWhat kind of hair do you use for the brushes?
We offer both synthetic and animal hair options. Synthetic hair: Nylon hair, synthetic hair, and Jessfibre (our own patent). Animal hair: Goat hair, Squirrel hair, weasel/sable hair, horse/pony hair, badger hair, and Boar hair.
QWhat customization options are available for ferrules and handles?
We can customize ferrules in Aluminum and Copper. For handles, we can provide Wood, Bamboo, Timber, Plastic, Acrylic, Crystal, and Aluminum options.
QWhat is your MOQ? Can I order a small quantity first?
Generally, our MOQ is 100 sets for in-stock items (negotiable). For OEM/Customized products, our MOQ is 500-2000 sets. We can send samples for your testing based on your requirements (shape, quantity, etc.).
QCan I print my brand logo and customize the packaging?
Yes, we provide professional logo printing services (Private Label). We also have a professional design team that can assist you in designing customized packaging to suit your brand.
QWhat is the delivery time for customized orders?
For customized products, the delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and sample confirmation.
